20 Min HIIT Drumming Workout: Day 4

20 Min HIIT Drumming Workout: Day 4 – Another day, another killer drumming workout! The first half is pretty similar to yesterday’s, only this time I’ve replaced the single paradiddles with double paradiddles. I’ll leave it up to you if you’d like to move them around the kit.

In the second half of this workout, I’ve separated the interpolated exercises with single hand rolls (you could say I’ve interpolated the interpolated exercises!) The idea here is to give my foot a little time to recover.  The other change is a BONUS rudiment at the end! And it’s a REAL killer… single paradiddle in semiquaver triplets! Good luck!
