10 Minute Quick Drum Rudiment Workout: Day 9 – Unfortunately today’s video is cut short because my iPhone ran out of memory mid-recording. I’d forgotten to delete yesterday’s video and only managed to capture 12 minutes of what would have been a 36 minute video. Never mind. I had a good time and got very sweaty in the process.
The workout was the same as Day 7s, but I increased the ‘work’ time to 75 secs and reduced rest to 15 secs. I’m really starting to notice the difference in my over all fitness levels, endurance and speed.

If you plan to have a go at this, try it THREE times on the trot. That would make a great high intensity workout.
