Refund Policy

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty or damaged, please email us with photographic proof and request either a refund or a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. You do not have to return the faulty/damaged item to us, but are required to show evidence.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If you change your mind about a product or have ordered something in the wrong size or colour, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the item.  Further more, you must return the item to us within 28 days of the date you received it in order to be eligible for a refund/replacement.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
